Beyond Lithium (BY.C) lands another discovery to add to the growing Ontario lithium roster

The good folks over at Beyond Lithium (BY.C) – those wild-eyed prophets of the Battery Revolution, have made quite the discovery it seems: a big ol’ hunk of lithium rich rock, some 266 hectares large, nestled in the arms of Mother Nature at Cosgrave Lake, just northwest of THunder Bay, Ontario. They’re calling it the Allen Graeme (“AG”) Pluton, named in honor of the brave souls who battled the elements and the elements of chance to originally strike this vein of rechargeable white gold.

The rumble of industry drones on, desperate for the precious juice that lithium provides, so this discovery at Cosgrave Lake is no small deal for Beyond Lithium, promising the potential for riches both literal and metaphorical. Their phase 1 program, some may have once considered a madman’s gamble, is starting to look like a sly genius move pulled off right under everyone else’s noses.

The Cosgrove Lake plot  is adjacent to the Jackpot lithium project of Imagine Lithium (ILI.V) that has a historical resource of 2 million tonnes at 1.09% Li2O2.

If lithium is the oil of the 21st century, then Beyond Lithium are the planning to be the new Rockefellers, acquiring properties across Ontario and working them quickly. The Cosgrave Lake project is just one of the lucky spots they’ve marked on their treasure map, but the discovery of the AG Pluton has them grinning like Cheshire cats. Just listen to the President and CEO, Al Frame, salivating over the potential of this find, comparing it to other rockstars of lithium discovery in the Georgia Lake District.

“This discovery shares similarities with three significant lithium discoveries in the Georgia Lake District, namely the MNW pluton, the Barbara Lake pluton, and the Pine Portage pluton,” he says. “These well-known fertile plutons in the district are associated with prolific lithium pegmatite belts. The AG Pluton at Cosgrave Lake therefore presents a significant opportunity for Beyond Lithium. The size and geochemical characteristics of the AG Pluton indicate its potential as a source of concentrated fluids, volatiles, lithium, and rare earth minerals, making it an exceptionally promising area for further exploration.”

Like the pioneers of old, these lithium cowboys have been guided by the signs of the land – beryl, alluaudite, fluorapatite – the minerals that often tell of lithium riches beneath the surface. Under the watchful eyes of their VP of Exploration, Lawrence Tsang, and their trusty geologists, they’ve found something that nobody expected – except their team.

The gamble on lithium, the bet that it will power the world of tomorrow, is far from a crazy one, and Beyond Lithium is riding the crest of a wave that could carry them to significant success.  Nobody has more lithium property under their belt than BY, and the speed in which they’re getting work done, spread across a significantly wide board, is notable. They’re surfing on the dreams of a world thirsty for sustainable, reliable power, and with the discovery of the AG Pluton, they’ve leveled up on their search.

Let’s be clear, before you put your mortgage payments on BY stock, the road ahead is paved with uncertainty, fraught with risks and challenges, like any resource exploration deal is. But one thing’s for sure: the brave prospectors at Beyond Lithium aren’t afraid to roll the dice and, in the high-stakes game of sustainable energy, they’ve just got a win.

Now, we wait to see if those early cards are enough to win the hand and go all in on the next.

Meanwhile, the stock price knows no gravity.
