Tiidal Gaming Group (TIDL.C), a Canadian-based company focused on enabling next generation engagement in esports and gaming, announced that Sportsflare, a wholly-owned division of Tiidal Gaming, signed a licensing agreement with No House Advantage, an American daily fantasy company.
No House Advantage is a mobile sports fantasy platform that allows users to play peer-to-peer PICK’EM contests for cash prizes as well as test their skills against the house for even larger prizes. Users can play in public guaranteed cash prize pool contests or create their own private contests with friends.
The platform allows for competition in real-time so users can track their ranking on the leaderboard as it happens. There are daily player prop contests involving a wide variety of statistics as well as featured player prop contests that combine players of different positions across several statistical categories.
No House’s app offers peer-to-peer interaction, bet on spreads, big prize pools with low entry fees, mass entry capability, no salary cap restrictions and no pre-determined point system.
Player prop betting adds to the traditional fantasy sports betting by allowing fans to create a wager based on an athlete’s statistics and not the end result of the game. This type of betting can be for how many points a particular athlete scores in a game.
No House focuses on top North American sports franchises, including the NFL, NBA and MLB. The sports fantasy platform intends to expand its product suite to target esports fans and therefore has decided to license Sportsflare’s technology.
The licensing agreement calls for Sportsflare to provide No House with access to its industry-leading player props for such big esports titles as CS:GO, Dota 2 and League of Legends in exchange for a monthly licensing fee.
Max Polaczuk, chief technology officer of Tiidal Gaming, commented, “No House Advantage is a unique U.S. daily fantasy sports operator and we are pleased to partner with them. This agreement is beneficial to the expansion of our operations as it enables us to solidify our footprint in the U.S. marketplace where we see a high demand for innovative esports fantasy and betting products. Our substantial player database and our player props products have caught the attention of the daily fantasy market, who see esports as a natural extension to their daily fantasy product line. We offer the best-in-class player props for popular video games and by delivering them to U.S. operators, we intend to replicate the success seen in traditional sports in the United States.”

According to a recent press release, Tiidal Gaming Group insiders collective own more than 50% of the company’s share capital with CEO, Tom Hearne, personally investing $200,000 in Tiidal earlier this year. There is strong confidence among the executive team that Sportsflare will secure a significant market share in the esports wagering sector.
