GameOn Entertainment Technologies (GET.C) announced today that it has become an official member of the Canadian Gaming Association (CGA), the national trade association of Canada’s gaming industry. The membership is to become effective on July 1, 2021. Additionally, the Company has also appointed Howard A. Blank to its Advisory Board as its strategic advisor.

“We are pleased to join the prestigious Canadian Gaming Association…The recent passing of Bill C-218 positions our Company to capture market share and create new relationships, synergies and partnerships with fellow CGA members and operators across Canada. By joining the CGA, we will be able to strengthen our position in the Canadian market to capitalize on domestic opportunities,” said Matt Bailey, CEO of GameOn Entertainment Technologies.

The CGA represents leading operators and suppliers in Canada’s gaming, sports betting, Esports, and lottery industries. In collaboration with provincial gaming corporations, regulators, and governments across Canada, the CGA has opened avenues for industry growth, innovation and investment for its members. Moreover, CGA members will receive additional benefits including advocacy on legislations impacting Canadian gaming companies, access to research covering important topics related to the gaming sector, networking opportunities and exclusive marketing through CGA’s Canadian Gaming Summit and Canadian Gaming Business magazine.

“We are delighted to welcome GameOn as the newest member of the CGA…We are impressed with the state-of-the-art technology platform that GameOn provides to operators in the newly regulated single-bet sports wagering market in Canada,” said Paul Burns, President and CEO of the Canadian Gaming Association.

With this in mind, as a CGA member, GameOn will have the ability to scale its revenues and increase its brand presence within Canada’s gaming sector. The Company has also expanded its footprint globally through a recent partnership with MX Player, India’s entertainment super app. Having only just commenced trading on the CSE on June 1, 2021, GameOn has already made a name for itself as a leading technology company, both globally and nationally.
