Bragg Gaming Group (BRAG.V) continues their remote gaming expansion into Greece

Oryx Gaming, a subsidiary of Bragg Gaming Group (BRAG.V), added another deal to their growing remote gaming server (RGS) content library today, this one with Kaizen Gaming, according to a press release.

Kaizen Gaming is a gaming technology company based in Greece. The agreement spans distribution in Greece under the Stoiximan brand, but also includes Germany, Brazil, Romania and Portugal,w here Kaizen has strong market positions under its Betano brand.

“As we continue our growth strategy, we strive to find strong commercial partners and Stoiximan fits that criteria perfectly with its leading market position in several regions. This partnership will see our content reach a wide player group across regulated markets and we’re very excited about seeing the results of our co-operation,” said Matevz Mazij, managing director of Oryx Gaming.

Oryx turned the power on in Greece earlier this month and they’re intending on further distribution of their supplier’s products the other stated territories in November and December. Kaizen will also get full access to Oryx’s data platform and player engagement tools as part of the deal. These will include free rounds, tournaments and leaderboards.

“Providing an optimal experience to our customers along with a wide and exciting product offering is a strength of Kaizen’s. We’re always looking for new and exciting content and Oryx has some of the most diverse and innovative offerings. We’re confident that our collaboration will be of mutual benefit and most of all, will enhance customer value,” said Dimos Papadimos, casino manager for Kaizen Gaming.

Financially, the acquisition puts Bragg in a good position, as Kaizen Gaming’s Q2 financials showed a 16% growth in revenue year over year to 61.7 million euros, showing a decline in sports revenues offset by growth in its casino engagement. Oryx’s licences come through the Malta Gaming Authority and the Romanian National Gambling Office, and are complaint, certified or approved in 18 other major jurisdictions.
