Element Nutritional Sciences (ELMT.C) starts selling Rejuvenate on Amazon
Element Nutritional Sciences (ELMT.C), a Canadian company focused on developing and distributing products based on true nutritional science, broadened its market share potential when the company announced today that it had made Rejuvenate Immune Health available on Amazon through a distribution partnership with Pattern Inc.
Pattern is an ecommerce accelerator which sells in 60 countries through nine global distribution centres and is ranked as a top five Amazon seller.
Rejuvenate Immune Health, a powdered drink made with Element’s patented amino acid formation, is meant to support a healthy immune system.
The drink is Element’s latest addition to its line of products which includes Rejuvenate Muscle Activator. Rejuvenate Immune Health comes in 15-serve and 45-serve sizes and in raspberry and fruit punch flavors.

Rejuvenate Immune Health is currently available across the US on Amazon through Pattern and will soon be launched across the company’s existing consumer distribution channels.
The company’s JAKTRX brand of performance supplements and its line of patented Promino sports nutrition products round out its portfolio.
Element reported $319,705 CAD in cash as of March 31, 2022, with revenues of $2.28 million for the quarter resulting in net loss of $975,621.
On May 6, 2022, the company completed a public offering of 14.0 million common shares at $0.25 per share for gross aggregate proceeds of $3.5 million.
Element is listed as a vendor of record in Canada with Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart, Longo’s, and Rexall for a total of 3,700 points of distribution across the country.
The company is also a vender of record in the US with Walgreen’s, CVS, Walmart, Publix, SAM’S Club and Meijer, representing a total of 25,463 potential points of distribution in the country.
Element currently has a distribution and sales agreement with Natural Made Company in South Korea. According to the agreement, Natural Made Company, purchases all product directly from Element up front in US dollars before product is shipped to the distributor.
Even though there are no plans to distribute products outside the US and Canada, Element is open to any opportunities that may present themselves.
The company currently trades at $0.20 per share for a market cap of $21.76 million.
