World Class Extractions’ (PUMP.C) subsidiary Pineapple Express Delivery (PED) has announced they are partnering with CannTrust to bring same-day and next-day delivery to estora medical cannabis patients in Ontario.
Pineapple Express Delivery is beginning what they are calling “Trust Delivery – Powered by Pineapple Express” which will involve same-day delivery to the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and next-day deliveries across southern Ontario, including Ottawa, Kingston, Barrie, London, and Windsor. PED will deliver estora medical cannabis to patients and will be available at estora’s ecommerce site www.estoramedical.com.

Pineapple Express Delivery provides compliant and secure delivery of government-regulated products and is one of Canada’s leading same-day, next-day delivery companies for both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) in the legal cannabis industry. The partnership will provide PED with an opportunity to expand their B2C deliveries to estora’s medical cannabis clients. PED already provides same-day delivery in the GTA for Spectrum Therapeutics cannabis.
The legal cannabis industry did not have the start in 2018 many had hoped for, but has since grown considerably to a projected $2.5 billion in 2020. However, many cannabis delivery services are limited to medical cannabis users. Currently, 14% of Canadians say they use cannabis for medical purposes, a number that has remained fairly consistent since the year before.
There has been no significant change in the World Class Extractions stock price since the announcement.
