Northern Lights Resources (NLR.C), a Canadian-based mineral explorer developing assets in Nevada and Arizona, made a short term kill when it sold its 25% interest in Medicine Springs, a gold project located in Elko County, Nevada.
The company was working toward a 100% in Medicine Springs when it announced the sale of its share in the project to Reyna Silver, who had already assumed a smaller portion of Medicine Springs and was looking to go all in. Northern Lights Resources (NLR.C) is currently valued at just under $500K, considering the sale brought in approximately $2.2 million in cash and stock, NLR quintupled their market cap. But hold on, Medicine Springs showed a great deal of promise, were they smart to sell it?
Equity Guru founder, Chris Parry, pieces apart the deal with Reyna Silver, what it means for Medicine Springs project and just what investors should view this transaction as.
