Technical traders should be watching this stock!

The stock has been held below a downtrend line, but in recent days, the stock has been able to push back above the very important resistance zone of $0.50. Not only did this nullify a breakdown, but it also saw the stock close above the downtrend line which has been held since June 2023. This is a significant technical breakout.

Today’s price action is typical of breakouts. We saw the stock pullback to retest the $0.50 zone and so far, buyers are stepping in on the retest. As long as the price remains above $0.50, the new uptrend remains intact. A close above $0.61, taking out recent highs, would get the momentum rolling.
