Oil price to hit $185 this year?! – Chart Attack

News is out that the EU is working on an embargo on Russian oil. This could be unveiled as early as next week. JP Morgan is saying this would take Brent Crude prices up to $185 per barrel. Putting the fundamentals aside, the technicals are indicating that higher oil prices are coming!
