Patriot One Technologies (PAT.V) significantly increased market awareness as well as set up future revenue potential when the company announced yesterday that it had signed an evaluation and purchase agreement with well-known Las Vegas casino destination resort, Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino.
Westgate, long a fixture in the new Vegas has nearly 3,000 rooms, including 305 suites located on 64 acres with a 74,000 square-foot casino and 200,000 square-foot convention centre.
The facility is owned by Florida-based Westgate Resorts, the largest privately-held company in Central Florida.
Westgate has 28 resorts with more than 13,500 villas in the U.S.
Patriot One is going to install its system and demonstrate its capabilities under real-world conditions at this year’s ISC WEST convention. This is an important marketing win for the company as the event is the largest security industry trade show in the United States.
Over 1,000 exhibitors and brands will be showcasing their security solutions to a worldwide audience of security professionals during the convention which runs from April 4-7, 2017 at the Sands Expo Centre.
There were record crowds last year at the event with almost 30,000 industry professionals coming through the doors to view cutting-edge products and technologies from over 1,000 exhibiting companies and brands.
Westgate is a respected player and ISC WEST is about as high profile as it gets when it comes to North American security industry conventions.
This deal exposes Patriot One and its leading-edge non-invasive weapons detection system to a bevy of potentially lucrative clients who are highly motivated to ensure the safety of their customers with the least amount of interference.
Patriot One CEO, Martin Cronin, affirmed, “We believe our innovative concealed weapons detection software solution and related hardware offers a very significant step forward in security technology. Naturally, Las Vegas offers us a chance to really put our solution to the test in a premier global destination. As a first class showcase for our company, we thank the Westgate team for their vision and leadership in providing us the opportunity to deploy the installation in front of a key audience. During the upcoming ISC West Conference in April, we plan to demonstrate the system under real operating conditions to the visiting security community from across the nation. This is a wonderful opportunity for us and we look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship with Westgate Resorts.”
Westgate’s Chief Operating Officer Mark Waltrip summed up, “With this partnership, we are pleased to be moving ahead and look forward to deploying the product on-site and to integrating it with our existing security infrastructure. Hopefully this is the first of many deployments across our locations around the United States.”
This could be a major win for Patriot One, can’t wait until April.
