Earlier this month, the Mining Court of Salta granted Millennial Lithium’s (TSX-V: ML) / (OTCQX: MLNLF) Argentine subsidiary four mining licenses on its 100%-owned Pastos Grandes project in Salta province. Readers may recall that Millennial recently delivered a Bank Feasibility Study (“BFS“) and expects to reach initial production in 2022 (subject to funding & permits), ramping up to nameplate capacity of 24,000 tonnes LCE/yr. by mid-decade.
In June, I conducted an in-depth interview with Brad Rourke, president & CEO of Scottie Resources (SCOT.V). Scottie owns / controls 18,544 hectares (~45,823 acres) in the world famous Golden Triangle (“GT“) in northwestern BC, Canada. Some of the best historical gold intercepts on the company’s seven properties are; 107.1 g/t over 4.18 m, 108.3 g/t over 3.44 m, 2.13 m of 174.2 g/t, and 4.2 m of 70.6g/t.
Gaia Grow Corp. (GAIA.V) (formerly Spirit Bear Capital) announced that effective August 1, its shares will be trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. Gaia Grow has 200.2 million shares outstanding. A July, 2019 capital raise was completed at $0.10, bringing its market cap to $20.2 million (about 124.7 million, or approximately 62%, of outstanding shares are locked up in various escrow agreements). This company comes by way of a reverse takeover (RTO). Investors should review all applicable SEDAR filings and company press releases before investing in a RTO.
Kincora Copper (KCC.V) fell off investor’s radar screens due to an extended period of inactivity in 2018, but now the company is cashed up, team in place, and ready for extensive drilling at five independent, large-scale porphyry targets with a funded 12-month budget for up to 18,000 meters of drilling.

Rockridge Resources (ROCK.V) is an exploration company focused on acquiring, exploring & developing mineral resource properties in Canada.
Epstein: Delrey Metals [CSE: DLRY] Provides Positive Corp. Update & Increases Key Land Package by 51%!
Delrey Metals Corp. (CSE:DLRY) / (OTC: DLRYF) owns 100% of 5 promising properties in Canada. Four are prospective for vanadium, totaling 10,856 hectares, one is a cobalt–copper-zinc opportunity that Cobalt 27 Capital Corp. acquired a 2% NSR on. In addition, on May 21st, management signed a definitive agreement on an option to acquire an 80% Interest in select mineral licenses in the Four Corners project in Newfoundland & Labrador, and establish a JV with the seller. This is a giant, bulk-tonnage deposit that could contain 10 billion tonnes of rock, much of it mineralized, with lower-grade Vanadium, plus Iron & Titanium. Drilling this year will seek to validate the large scale of the deposit and identify additional mineralized zones.
Epstein: First Cobalt (FCC.V) Starts Study to Enhance Refinery Economics & Invests in eCobalt Solutions
The Cobalt price continues to languish below US$20/lb. This is an unexpected development given that last year the price was at or > $40/lb. for much of March, April & May. In speaking with experts and reading industry analysis, the consensus is that the Cobalt price could settle in the $20-$25/lb. range later this year. I agree, that seems to be a sweet spot where end users are comfortable and the better quality Cobalt juniors can get financed.

The following interview of CEO Michael Mulberry of American Battery Metals (CSE: ABC) was conducted by phone & email in the week ended March 15th. Although there have been a handful of new Vanadium stories hitting the tapes lately, I think the possibility of both a high-grade + a reasonably sized project or projects has to be in place. This Company has that in its Temple Mountain project in Utah, (USA). The project needs to be drilled, but it seems promising as a past producer. I like the share structure, just 22.5 M shares outstanding and a funded exploration program beginning soon. What’s not to like? There’s also a Uranium kicker, which can’t hurt. The project is just a few hours from an operating Uranium/Vanadium Mill.
