Patriot Battery Metals (PMET.C) and their new Corvette Property

Patriot Battery Metals (PMET.C) announced today their confirmation from the Quebec Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources that all pending claims transfers for their Corvette Property titles have been cleared, and the company is now the official title holder of all 417 claims that make up the Corvette Property.

The property is the company’s flagship asset, and includes the 213 square kilometer of claim blocks located in the James Bay Region of Quebec. Assets available in the land include a significant lithium potential with CV5-6 spodumene pegmatite with drill intercepts of 0.94% Li2O and 117 ppm Ta2O5 over 155.1 m (CF21-002), and 1.25% Li2O and 194 ppm Ta2O5 over 58.1 m at (CF21-003).

“We are very pleased to have received official documentation of our 100% holdings to over 200 square kilometers at the Corvette Property. It is reassuring to know we are operating in a safe and secure jurisdiction such as the province of Quebec that we have 100% confidence in our title holdings,” said Blair Way, president and director of Patriot Battery Metals.

The company announced in mid-February of this year they would consolidating the claim groups that make up the Corvette Property through multiple acquisitions as well as through direct staking. The property is comprised of 417 contiguous claims, with over 21,357 hectares, and more than 50 km strike length of La Grande Greenstone Belt. The prospects here include lithium pegmatite, gold and base metals. The registration process took several months to get through, but with today’s news, it’s official that Patriot is now the registered title holder of the Corvette Property.
