PharmaCielo (PCLO.V) adds both testing and insurance to their CBD offerings with AssuredTrans

PharmaCielo (PCLO.V) entered into an alliance with United States-based cannabinoid extract tester, AssuredTrans, today, according to a press release.

The partnership between the two companies provides CBD buyers in the United States a guarantee for independent product quality insurance, a reduction in supply chain costs and customized specifications for multiple manufacturing needs.

“At AssuredTrans, the success of our business is based on our ability to validate and verify the specifications and quality of third-party products and provide product insurance to bulk purchasers in the rapidly emerging CBD extract marketplace. Given the product quality we have already seen from PharmaCielo and its capability to continue producing at the specifications in demand from global buyers, we are excited to align our companies to meet the needs of U.S. customers. The market is expanding every day, and we are confident that our solution, matched with PharmaCielo’s extensive product range, will enable us to develop meaningful relationships with established product manufacturers as they look to add CBD to their product ranges,” said Jeremy Applen, COO of AssuredTrans.

The company’s patent pending ecosystem handles both the product and material specifications to protect both the manufacturer and the supplier. The system reduces both financial and material risk associated with the purchase of raw ingredients like CBD extracts, allowing manufacturers to produce at scale.

“Through this alliance, we now have the ability to offer independent product verification, customized guaranteed specification and insurance to U.S. bulk purchasers of our extracts. Providing these key items up front gives potential customers immediate confidence in our product quality as well as financial assurance as they look to enter into sales agreements with PharmaCielo,” said Henning von Koss, CEO of PharmaCielo.

AssuredTrans also has a prior partnership with an international insurance provider, as well as an 800-laboratory testing service and customer directed audit provision through an established audit and certification firm with global offices in 70 countries.
