On April 23, 2019 Lifestyle Delivery Systems (LDS.C) announced that its flagship product, CannaStrips, won 1st place honors at Kushstock 7 “Best Edible” competition, held at Adelanto Stadium, California on Saturday, April 20, 2019 (420).
LDS’ flagship product CannaStrips (similar to breath strips) offer superior bio-availability of cannabis constituents. Some strips include supplemental co-active ingredients such as nutraceuticals, vitamins and peptides.
The Kushstock 7 was a free bash featuring 10,000 attendees, dozens of cannabis vendors, and live performances by Too Short, Immortal Technique, Compton Menace, Supreme and Baby Bash.
Baby Bash (Ronald Ray Bryant) – born October 18, 1975 – is a Mexican-American rapper and singer. His debut album, Savage Dreams (2001), was released on the independent label Dope House Records. His single “Cyclone” sold over 750,000 digital copies and ringtones prior to the album’s release.
“It’s good to be out here in a city that embraces the cannabis lifestyle from seed to sale,” stated Baby Bash at the Kushstock 7 festival, “Other cities are frustrated because they can’t get over the anal-ness from some of the top people. Maybe Big Pharma is in their pockets, you never know. But Big Pharma is not in the City of Adelanto’s pockets.”
In the video below, Christian Ekwenugo (26) from Arlington Texas explains why he flew out to the California desert for this event – and then Baby Bash performs.
“Pills kill, meth is death,” stated Baby Bash, “Don’t panic, it’s organic.”
Baby Bash and Mr. Ekwenugo were not the only weed connoisseurs at the desert festival. There were many hard-core devotees of the product and the lifestyle.
CannaStrips THC was amongst 12 other contestants in the same edible category. Products were given to 200 judges to sample over a few days.
“CannaStrips is an extremely unique product,” confirmed Casey Fenwick, President of LDS, “I have watched the edible category grow over the past few years, and our strip checks all of the boxes that make a great edible. It tastes great, it works, and it is not only reasonably priced but priced better than any other edible/sublingual on the market.”
On April 22, 2019 LDS announced, that LDS had its 3rd consecutive CannaStrips sell out event.
“Kushstock 4/20 event in Adelanto was very successful,” confirmed LDS CEO, Brad Eckenweiler, “the local retailer at the Saturday event sold out twice”.
LDS 2019 financial projections are bullish:
Also, April 22, 2019, LDS announced its 100%-owned subsidiary, LDS Development Corporation, has entered into a five-year sub-lease agreement for 10,000 square feet of warehouse space at $2 per sq. ft. per month.
The warehouse space is located on the lot adjacent to the CSPA Group’s Commerce Way facility, allowing for the use of the current armed security services to be utilized at both locations.
The 10,000 square space will accommodate inventory of raw material and finished products, including seeds and seedlings which require environmentally controlled storage.
On April 18, 2019 LDS announced that its 100%-owned subsidiary, Core Isogenics has contracted 2 acres of licensed California cannabis farm and .75 of an acre of covered canopy cultivation land in Sacramento, California.
Core Isogenics is part of LDS’s grow/extract/manufacture/distribute compound in Adelanto California.
Owning cultivation and nursery licenses, Core Isogenics creates isogenic strains for specific cannabis genetic characteristics, eliminating any variation of ingredients or pharmaceutical outcomes for the user.
“The CannaStrips win against a diverse array of edible products at Kushstock 7 supports our position that the market is ready for a discreet, quick, dosage accurate, consistent, and repeatable cannabis experience in a smokeless delivery product,” stated Eckenweiler.
This year, on April 25, 2019 – LDS’s AGM will be held in Adelanto, CA. Interested shareholders unable to attend the meeting in person, can view a video recording of the meeting along with a video-tour of the facility.
