Lifestyle Delivery Systems (LDS.C) receives source materials: Cannastrips now being produced

It’s been a long long time between the promise of Cannastrips and the actual product coming off the actual production line in an actually licensed and permitted and operating facility, but here we are.

On Oct. 16, 2017, Lifestyle Delivery Systems Inc. received raw fresh frozen whole plant material for the purpose of extraction and conversion into medicinal cannabis products. The material was tested by an independent third party laboratory in Northern California prior to it being acquired, showing no trace amounts of pesticides, fungicides, mould or infestation. The CSPA Group’s extraction team from LDS Scientific has completed the laboratory training of its technicians and lab assistants on Oct. 18, 2017, in preparation for the commencement of operations on Oct. 19, 2017.

The City of Adelanto, LDS Scientific, and Lifestyle Delivery Systems will be in attendance for the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the facility today. In attendance will be Jerry Davis and Debbie Davis of CSPA Group Inc., Brad Eckenweiler, chief executive officer of Lifestyle Delivery, the Mayor of Adelanto Richard Kerr, Crystal Elrod of LDS Scientific and team, Gabriel Elliot the city manager, Jessie Flores, head of business development for the City of Adelanto, Mayor Pro Tem Jermaine Wright Sr., and members of the city council and city staff.

The LDS Scientific team anticipates commencement of finished product production next week.

This is a big moment for LDS, which has not always enjoyed forward momentum, nor the trust of the market, nor our public support. The company lurched and hiccuped and slumped and ran and slumped again, but this news is the news that folks were waiting for a year and a half ago, when LDS was the most anticipated RTO of the year.

Cannabis oil delivered in breath strip form, from a facility that can manufacture millions of them a day, at big markup, using high quality organic weed (not an easy thing to find in California) that has been third party tested, is a good thing.

I’ve confirmed that, being in high desert country, the LDS facility is not threatened by any of the fires menacing California, that the group is in compliance with regulation changes coming in January, that they’re cashed up and in possession of what they need to move forward.

No more bottlenecks.

How much weed do they have? Enough that they didn’t want to tell me a number, citing the risk of folks with bad intentions showing up. Fair enough.

LDS is up 6% on the news. Expect production confirmation and numbers in the coming days.
