FansUnite (FANS.C) RNG games get wider distribution in Europe

On October 22, 2020 FansUnite (FANS.C) signed a distribution deal with “a leading on-line casino games aggregator” to distribute its proprietary random number generated (RNG) games to on-line casinos and sportsbooks in the European market.

The deal was struck through FAN’S recently merged company Askott.

Askott’s iGaming platform, Chameleon Gaming Platform – “engineered for the next generation of online bettors and casino players” – includes products for pre-match betting, in-play betting, daily fantasy, content and a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to produce casino style chance games”.

The first casino game aggregator to publish the Askott Games content will be The Ear Platform. The Ear is a European-focused aggregator that will give Askott Games access to more than 120 online gaming sites they are integrated with.

The Ear Platform is an Italian owned company, certified in Italy, licensed in Romania, adapted for major third-party games and products.

FansUnite has produced unique esports and video game-themed RNG/casino games under the Askott Games brand, which are ready to be launched to the market.

“A random number generator (RNG) is an algorithm,” explains How-to Geek, “In video games, these random numbers are used to determine random events, like your chance at landing a critical hit or picking up a rare item”.

“Randomness is what keeps things from becoming monotonous. It’s what leads to curiosity and risk, and it’s one of the best tools to keep a game fresh.

Besides hosting the games on its B2B offering, the Chameleon Gaming Platform, Askott Games will sign agreements with existing casino game aggregators to make the games available to thousands of online casinos and sportsbooks worldwide.

“Game aggregators compile the best casino games they can find and offer them to online casinos and sportsbooks through a single integration,” states FANS.

The arrangements with game aggregators are on a revenue share basis, Askott Games will receive a share of the net gaming revenue every time one of their games is played.

Although FansUnite is brand new company (launched in spring of 2020), it is already generating revenue.

On September 9, 2020 FANS announced that its Scottish-based McBookie subsidiary has increased year-over-year turnover for the months of July and August by 108% – from CAD $3 million to $6.3 million, with 78% of the turnover growth led by the return of live sports.

The increase resulted in a YOY increase in Gross Gaming Revenue of 412%, generating gross gaming revenue of $371,000 for July and August 2020 and a gross margin of $161,000.

FansUnite is actively targeting younger customers.

“Millennials think differently from all previous generations because of their exposure to digital technology since their toddler days,” states The Yale Press.

“A recent casino survey found that only 21% of millennials considered gambling as “important in their list of activities. There were twice as many respondents from other age groups who considered gambling important.”

Another recent study by the Lloyd D. Levenson Institute of Gaming, found that Millennials enjoy spending their money on dinner and drinks or dancing and nightclubs, but not on gambling.

What was discovered is that if slot machines included an element of skill, and if it allowed playing with family or friends, rather than alone, Millennials would enjoy playing slot machines”

Askott Games is currently completing its 4th game with plans for over ten within the next 12 months.

With this announcement, FansUnite will also be launching the dedicated Askott Games (askott.games) site and beginning business development.
