Canada House Wellness’s (CHV.C) gets IsoCanMed products on shelves in Quebec

Canada House Wellness’s (CHV.C) Quebec-based IsoCanMed subsidiary launched its adult-use recreational cannabis products, the ICM Air and ICM Terre brands today according to a press release.

ICM Air and IMC Terre products are packed and distributed at the 22,000 square foot production and packaging facility in Pickering, Ontario, owned by their subsidiary, Abba Medix. The Quebec cannabis products are cultivated by IsoCanMed, in Louiseville, Quebec, growing cannabis in their 64,000 square foot indoor facility using vertical, aeroponic production methods.

“When we developed ICM AIR, it was based on our own philosophy which is surpassing oneself and synonymous with vectors of change. Like the air, which brings to anyone a touch of freshness, ICM AIR(TM) stands out both in its unique method of production (aeroponic) and by its constant innovative pursuit of excellence. The brand ICM Terre is based on a philosophy of collaboration and mutual aid between Quebec licensed producers,” said Nathalie Delisle, vice president of quality systems and regulatory affairs at IsoCanMed.

IMC’s products will go on sale in Quebec using their ICM Terre and ICM Air brands. The original agreement, signed back in May, includes Societe quebecoise du cannabis (SQDC) and IsoCanMed, and a potential supply for 3,000 kilograms of cannabis product. The buildout includes 64,000 square feet and adds more than 6,000 kilograms of low-cost dried flower annually. ICM also owns 450,000 square feet of adjacent land, in which the company expansions could theoretically add another 50,000 kilograms of production capacity when completely developed.

“I want to congratulate the team at ICM for this very important achievement. We have enhanced our operations at ICM in anticipation of this news and are extremely excited to launch our ICM Air(TM) and ICM Terre(TM) products into the Quebec market this calendar year. We know consumers want to enjoy new experiences with the confidence that what they buy will meet the highest levels of safety and quality that they deserve. We look forward to bringing these brands to our customers to enjoy responsibly,” said Erik Bertacchini, president of ICM.
