Radient Technologies (RTI.V) enters into a 5-year white-label deal with Fluum

Radient Technologies (RTI.V) entered into a five-year deal with Fluum to launch a line of white-label cannabis vape products.

The company will offer their services, using their proprietary extraction tech for cannabis extracts, along with services including filling, packaging and sales distribution, while Fluum takes care of the design, marketing and raising consumer awareness.

“Our mission at Fluum is to help develop innovative, reliable, and cost effective cannabis products that enhance the wellbeing of the cannabis user. I have spent the past six years working with cannabis retailers in both Canada and the US, watching the evolution of products and consumer preferences. We have been impressed by Radient’s ability to produce high quality extracts and the level of consistency, which made them a natural choice as a partner,” said Adam Flook, president of Fluum.

The five year agreement terms have Radient manufacturing a minimum of 210,000 units in the first year, followed by a minimum of 240,000 units in each year until the term is finished, naturally as subject to demand for provincial distributors. Fluum already has letters of intent from a multi0province retail group and a Saskatchewan distributor, culiminating in nearly 50 retail locations over four provinces interested in buying products when they’re available.

We will be bringing together Fluum’s vision and knowledge with Radient’s high quality extracts to create an exceptional line of products,” said Denis Taschuk, chief executive officer of Radient.

Radient has already taken care of the licensing side of the equation and is presently expanding its vape filling line. Fluum branded products are expected on shelves in Q4, 2020.
