Wix.com (WIX.Q) expands their website creating empire to include Denver, Colorado

Website creation company Wix.com (WIX.Q) will be opening their newest office location in Denver, Colorado, later on this year, intending on expanding its customer care team into the job market.

The office will have space for more than 200 full-time customer care members, and expand to include other functions, such as sales and account management.

“We have experienced immense growth as entrepreneurs, creators and businesses move and expand online. In order to continue to serve our over 170 million users and positively impact the success of millions of businesses and professional services, it is our top priority to provide best in class customer care and create a positive experience for them while using our service. Denver has and continues to be an epicenter for technology, attracting talent that matches what we’re seeking for one of the most strategic groups in our company,” said Alon Mor, VP of Customer Care at Wix.

The Wix customer care team helps their customers customize and build their online digital presence by answering questions, examining the requirements of the business, and providing recommendations. They can also affect the company’s trajectory through taking feedback from users and collaborating with product teams.

“Colorado has the perfect business climate, entrepreneurial spirit, resilient and skilled workforce to help support Wix’s continued expansion. These new jobs will be a strong addition to Colorado’s rebounding economy, and this Denver location will offer tremendous opportunity for continued growth,” said Jared Polis, Governor of Colorado.

The Denver office will add to the company’s total workforce of over 3,200 employees across 15 office locations, including their headquarters in Israel. The company has officers in Miami, San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles and Phoenix. Internationally, Wix has officers in Ukraine, Lithuania, Ireland, Germany, Japan and Brazil.
