Yield Growth’s (BOSS.C) retail run across Ontario continues with new partnership

The push is on for Yield Growth’s (BOSS.C) subsidiary, Urban Juve, as it increases its market penetration by another 24 stores through a partnership with Ontario-based Healthy Planet Canada.

The addition of Healthy Planet is part of a larger retail and distribution push that has expanded Yield Growth’s footprint across 60 retail locations in Ontario.

This is just a stop on the way to full North American distribution, and a step in Yield Growth’s long-term goal of becoming the first multi-billion dollar wellness and cosmetics giant to emerge from the cannabis industry.

“This brand has been very well received in discussions with major retail chains in Canada and the United States. We are now designing packaging for our new products that will be compliant with Quebec, Canada and U.S. FDA labeling regulations so we can sell our products through international retail chains,” said Sandi Lesueur, president of Urban Juve.

Urban Juve has also recently registered three lip glosses using sativa hemp seed and hemp root oil using Urban Juve’s patent pending technology with Health Canada as products for sale.

The lip glosses with tints called LOVE, PLEASURE and SERENITY, contain a unique blend of oils such as camellia and jojoba along with the cannabis hemp seed

This makes sense for Urban Juve’s product line as root oil’s anti-inflammatory properties are great for the skin.

Some of Urban Juve’s other key products include:

  • moisturizers
  • daily ritual oils
  • face mists
  • anti-aging serums
  • deodorants
  • lip balms
  • bath salts
  • face masks
  • facial cleansers

In other Yield Growth news, Urban Juve’s products were included in the gift bags given to awards presenters this year during a pre-Oscars event at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills.

The bags included Urban Juve’s hemp root oil infused anti-aging serum and unisex lip balm.

“We’ve received tremendous interest in the Urban Juve product line and are pleased to have the opportunity to introduce this influential group to our Ayurvedic products. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure for our hemp-root-oil-infused goods, further generating interest and understanding of our unique products,” Lesueur said.

Urban Juve intends to market 50 products this year both in their online store and at retail stores throughout North America, capitalizing on a market that accounted for $81 million in 2017, and is anticipated to reach $1.2 billion by 2026, according to Research and Markets.

Urban Juve products go on shelves at Healthy Planet on April 2019.

Yield Growth climbed $0.02 to close at $0.73 today, with a market cap of $59,677,000.
