On February 21, 2019 Yield Growth (BOSS.C) announced that it has completed formulations for 10 new products to be infused with cannabinoids:

4 facial skin care products
4 essential oil wellness blends
2 foot-creams

We started our coverage of Yield Growth on December 21, 2018, stating that, “Yield Growth has developed a portfolio of cannabis-based “wellness formulas” – under the Urban Juve brand – with a dedicated range of skin and body care formulations.”

Yield Growth’s CEO, Penny Green is a rare hybrid of operational & marketing expertise.

In the video below, Green demonstrates the product line to Midas Letter’s James West.

Yield Growth’s key assets are 100% owned subsidiaries Urban Juve, UJ Topicals, UJ Beverages, UJ Edibles and Thrive Activations.

In total BOSS owns over 60 wellness formulas for topicals and beverages. The company has registered 29 products with Health Canada, has applied for 11 U.S. provisional patents. Products are currently selling online in the U.S. and Canada and in brick & mortar outlets in Canada.

UJ Topicals is launching THC and CBD products through a distribution network of 400 cannabis retail stores in Oregon, USA.

Developing a line of hemp oil/CBD beauty products is one of those “I-wish-I’d-thought-of-that” ideas.

Urban Juve is the first company to commercialize products containing hemp root oil, which Urban Juve produces using a patent-pending extraction technique.  Hemp root oil terpenes have been found to enhance natural absorption of botanicals into the skin.

Urban Juve has developed 4 new skin care products include an eye cream, a makeup remover, a liquid face cleanser and facial cleanser pads.

The makeup remover is a “refreshing cream cleanser designed to remove the heaviest eye and face makeup in one easy step, leaving skin feeling hydrated and fresh.”

The messaging behind the Juve makeup remover echoes Palmolive’s famous 1965 dishwashing liquid promo, which emphasized how kind the product was to hands.

In the Palmolive ad, Madge, the manicurist, soaks her clients’ nails in the dish soap. “Palmolive softens hands while you do the dishes” and “you’re soaking in it” became Palmolive theme lines. By 1967, sales of Palmolive dishwashing liquid passed $1 billion.

Make-up remover – which is often causes skin irritation – is now re-branded as a hydration agent.  That is smart.

Urban Juve’s essential oil wellness blends contain hemp root oil – and each can be be easily blended with THC and CBD oils.

“Energy Boost” is intended to boost mood, uplift spirits and reduce fatigue while improving concentration, accuracy and mental clarity.

“Headache” is intended to relieve headache symptoms by relaxing muscles and sinus tension when applied to the temples and nape of the neck.

“Sleep” is intended as a remedy for insomnia, to relieve stress and anxiety and to reduce hypertension when applied to the bottom of the feet.

“Stress” is designed to fight stress and ease discomfort of nervous tension by promoting calm and relief from excessive worrying when applied to wrists and ankles.

How big Yield Growth will become is still an unknown.  But one thing is for damn sure. This little company is swinging for the fences.

On February 05, 2019 Yield Growth announced it has acquired a capsule product intended to treat hangovers.

BOSS’s products have not been tested on animals and can carry the label “cruelty free”. The packaging is fully recyclable.

“The Yield Growth Corporation is a potential acquisition target for larger companies,” stated MarijuanaStox, “including Estee Lauder, and Procter & Gamble.”

Full Disclosure: Yield Growth is an Equity Guru marketing client, and we own the stock.
