Grit Capital, a capital market advisory firm based out of Toronto, is making a name for itself in the small cap corporate community with its forward-thinking approach to engaging a new generation of investors weaned on social media.
Founded in 2016, the company has over 10,000 followers including North American portfolio managers, retail advisers and accredited investors.
Grit advises both public and private small cap ventures and has an established skill set in assisting pre-RTO, or reverse take over, stage companies reach the public market.
