Patriot One Technologies (PAT.V) furthers certification of leading-edge concealed weapons detection system

Patriot One Technologies (PAT.V) advanced its commercialization efforts for its NForce CMR 1000 software solution and related hardware when the company announced today that it had completed internal quality assurance in preparation for a major trade exhibition in April.

According to the news release, the hardware currently carries the “CE Mark” which certifies the product has met EU health, safety and environmental standards.

The system is now entering the pre-certification testing for the FCC compliance ahead of its product launch at ISC West (International Security Conference) in Las Vegas in April.

The NForce has also been selected to be part of the prestigious New Product Showcase at ISC West.

Currently, Patriot One is optimizing its software to improve performance as well as expand its proprietary database of weapons “signatures”.

The company is working with an extensive law enforcement network which provides controlled access to weapons collections globally.

There was also an announcement that Patriot One had identified a manufacturer in the U.S. capable of meeting quality standards and initial demands for the NForce CMR1000 through 2018.

President and CTO of Patriot One Technologies, Dinesh Kandanchatha, commented, “One of the most noticeable recent developments is a sleek new profile which will enable greater installation versatility in the field.”

Patriot One has also recently developed more IP regarding antenna design, adding to the company’s technological advantage in the space.

On top of plans to open a demonstration location in Orlando, Florida, the company has also initiated a test site at its new head office in Burlington, Ontario where it demonstrates the technology to strategic groups involved in industries, like transportation and security, who have keen interests in the leading-edge weapons detection system.

Kandanchatha added, “Our engineering team have worked long and hard to take this lab proven technology and transform it into a commercial product. This is a momentous achievement in our corporate development. In preparation, our supply relationships are already being locked down, and we are satisfied that we have a robust design ready to meet both customer requirements and volume expectations.”

The NForce CMR1000 is a first-of-its-kind concealed weapons detection system which utilizes cognitive microwave radar to identify active threats before they occur.

The system does this by covertly identifying the active threat and notifying the proper authorities. Recent improvements to the system also allow it to take a picture of the individual in question, giving those that need it, the necessary information to stop a disaster.

The NForce, small and easily installed in doorways or hallways, is being marketed as an effective low-cost tool to combat active shooter threats before they occur.

Like the adage says, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”.

Patriot One’s weapons detection solution could make a major dent in gun-related violence at home and abroad.

If you consider gun-related violence in the U.S. costs American taxpayers approximately $229 billion a year, there is considerable blue sky potential for this device and the peace it could bring.
